How long have you worked for Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS)?

KCS has been my home for ten years. I first joined the Support Delivery Team in 2012.

Describe a typical day

Visiting my K8 customers across the country is an important aspect of account management, as is handling any queries which arise. Encouraging the #getcurrent #staycurrent mantra to ensure my customers are on the latest K8 product helps drive a good support service and, ultimately, happy customers!

What do you like best about KCS?

There is always something new to learn.

What would be useful for new hires to know about KCS?

Our great colleagues make themselves available to give advice, mentorship, and support. When the going gets tough, don’t be afraid to put up your hand and ask.
