It’s always exciting and pushes you to think outside the box. There’s a mix of things to tend to. You get the chance to deal with customers from different countries and help solve enquiries of different priority levels for our range of solutions.

What do you like best about KCS?

Things are always evolving, and I get to learn from people every day. Kerridge also offers a lot of career stability and growth opportunities.

What would be useful for new hires to know about KCS?

People here are friendly. All you need to do is communicate. It takes time to learn the ins and outs of the company, so don’t be hard on yourself. Once you’re in, you’re in.
