Delivery Management with ePOD

Right vehicle, right goods, right time - satisfied customers

We understand that delivering goods from the warehouse to the customer has moved on considerably; customers now expect speed, accuracy and efficiency, every time. A key requirement is to ensure that the whole cycle from load and route planning makes the best use of the available transport. In short, customers want a fuss-free experience.

Our fully integrated solutions incorporate sophisticated delivery planning facilities. Firstly, you can see sales orders for delivery, before moving on to load planning for each vehicle using locality detail, e.g. postcodes or fixed routes. Or you can check the next available route to suit delivery dates if preferred. As an alternative to letting the system do all the work, you can also load vehicles and schedule manually.

A key component is the ePOD app which can be installed on mobile devices. Drivers can manage the entire delivery cycle – from check-off and confirmations to recipient and signature.

With a Delivery Management solution from Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS), you will be in the driving seat for every order, direct to the customer.
